We aim to make navigating the BJCC campus simple using clear directions. With various parking options for events, conventions, and meetings, planning ahead ensures a smoother arrival. Since multiple events often occur simultaneously, arrive early to avoid long parking and entry lines.
Accessible Seating - Accessible seating is available throughout the venue and can be purchased on Ticketmaster.com. Guests requiring accessible seating are guaranteed the ability to purchase at least one (1) companion seat. Subject to availability, guests requiring wheelchair seating may purchase up to a total of three (3) companion seats in the same row and contiguous with the wheelchair seat. If contiguous seats have already been sold, seats as close as possible to the wheelchair seat and adjacent companion seat will be offered. If you purchased a ticket in the fixed seating area but require an accessible seat, the Ticket Office may be able to assist you by relocating your ticket to an accessible seat. The following items are not permitted to be brought into the Complex at any time: laser pointers, food or beverages, glass containers, weapons, cameras, audio or video recorders. The BJCC reserves the right to search all guests entering the Complex and refuse entry at the discretion of management. This is a Smoke Free Facility smoking allowed in designated areas only.
